USA Health opened its new Mapp Family Campus medical office building on October 3, 2022 with the opening of Baldwin Family Medicine Practice. The 3-story facility is located on their Mapp Family Campus in Fairhope, Alabama and is a 51,000 SF facility that will not only house Baldwin Family Medicine but will also provide Baldwin County with multi-specialty clinics, including imaging, endocrinology, surgery, women’s care, lab, pediatrics and a dietary teaching kitchen. Concord acted as the developer for this high quality project which was delivered on schedule and under budget.
USA Health selected CHD Management, a subsidiary of Concord, to provide property management services for the MOB and facilities on the campus. Jeremy Phillips, RPA®, Director of Leasing and Property Management for CHD Management, will be handling the day-to-day operations with assistance from Fran Jones, Sr. Property Manager.
