Healthpeak Properties reached a critical milestone on April 20, 2021 with the “topping out” of structural steel for their new Medical Office Building (MOB) located on the Woman’s Hospital of Texas campus in Houston, Texas. The project team celebrated this achievement with the hoisting of the final beam into place on top of the building.
The 5-story, 125,000 square-foot facility will be connected to a 2,200-space parking garage that is under construction. The MOB will house a linear accelerator, medical oncology, and various women’s health services.
