A major milestone was recently achieved with the successful “Topping Out” of steel for Healthpeak Properties, LLC’s 176,000 sf Centennial Medical Center Oncology Medical Office Building (“MOB”). The MOB is located in Nashville, Tennessee on the Centennial Medical Center campus in Midtown.
Concord is proud of their continued relationship with Healthpeak and to be providing owner’s representative services for this project. Completion of the facility is scheduled for August of 2021.
