HCP, owner of the Summit Medical Office Building III, located in Hermitage, Tennessee, secured the services of Concord as Owner’s Representative for the implementation of interior and exterior improvements to the 5-story medical office building. Improvements included new landscaping, exterior re-coating, ADA upgrades, refreshed lobby finishes and common space, and new restroom finishes. In addition, all water source heat pumps were replaced, and all elevators were upgraded. Tenants were able to perform their daily operational activities without interruption during the entire construction renovations process.
