Congratulations to Nemours Children’s Health (NCH) on reaching a major milestone with the completion of its expanded prenatal, fetal, and neonatal care facility—the Institute of Maternal Fetal Health in Wilmington, Delaware. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was held on April 7, 2026, to mark this achievement.
The expansion features a new Advanced Delivery Unit (ADU), a Psychosocial Support Program, and an extension of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Concord provided project management services for the 27,000-square-foot ADU. The Institute is scheduled to begin welcoming patients on April 13, 2026.
