Kirby Medical Center broke ground in March for the construction of their new Therapy and Wellness Center located in Monticello, Illinois. The new 44,900 square-foot facility will house an outpatient physical therapy and cardiac rehab center, fitness center, and a therapy pool.
Concord is providing program management services to Kirby Medical Center and is teamed with Earl Swensson Associates, architects and Petry-Kuhne Company, contractors on the project. Completion of the facility is scheduled for March of 2023.
Concord is excited to be engaged on our third project on the Kirby Medical Center Campus. Concord managed the development of the original hospital in 2010, and provided project management services in 2017 for an expansion and renovation project.
