Healthpeak Properties’ Brentwood Medical Office Building located in Brentwood, Tennessee is now open to the public and offers ambulatory surgery, walk-in clinical care and physician services. Concord served as owner’s representative to Healthpeak for the management of the development of the core/shell for the 6-story, 129,000 sf facility. The core/shell construction was completed in September of 2020 on schedule and on budget with no safety issues.
Concord is currently engaged to provide oversight of the tenant improvement build-out for additional services to be provided within the facility which has an anticipated completion date of May 2021. Concord is proud of our continued relationship with Healthpeak on another exciting project.
