Healthpeak Properties, LLC recently upgraded and modernized their 600 Broadway Medical Office Building (MOB) located in Seattle, Washington. The upgrades to the 131,000 sf, 6-story MOB included interior renovations to the common area and bathrooms and the elevator lobbies in the MOB and garage. The HVAC unit, suite entry doors, signage, boilers, generators and roof top units were all upgraded. Exterior renovations and upgrades included new glass/glazing, landscaping, irrigation, painting exterior and stucco, main entrance, and garage improvements. In addition, 12,000 sf of previously occupied clinical suite space was renovated and turned into a spec-suite.
Concord provided owner’s representative services to Healthpeak for the redevelopment project and is pleased with the continued relationship with Healthpeak on another successful project.
