Concord extends their congratulations to Healthpeak Properties on a milestone achievement of receiving their Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the Women’s Hospital of Texas Medical Office Building located in Houston, Texas. The 5-story, 125,000 square-foot facility includes a 2,200 space parking garage. The facility, which will include a linear accelerator, offers medical oncology and various women’s health services.
