Healthpeak Properties recently received a certificate of occupancy for Sarah Cannon’s Research Institute located in Healthpeak’s Centennial Medical Office Building (MOB) on the campus of Tri-Star Centennial Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee. Concord was engaged by Healthpeak for owner’s representative services for the MOB core/shell (176,000 sf) and the build-out (72,000 sf) of the 3-floor Sarah Cannon Research Institute.
