Construction has begun for Healthpeak Properties, Inc.’s 75,000 sf medical office building (MOB) located on the campus of HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in Brandon, FL. Services offered within the MOB will include multiple specialty physician practices, administrative offices, and graduate medical education spaces. Completion is scheduled for July 2025.
Concord is providing Owner’s Representative services to Healthpeak for the project. The architect is Baker Barrios Architects and the construction manager is DeAngelis Diamond.
