Healthpeak Medical Office Properties, Inc. completed their new 94,000 square foot Grand Strand Health Medical Office Building (“MOB”) located in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. Approximately 64,000 square feet was built-out and is fully occupied. Services provided within the facility include orthopedics, OB-GYN, pediatrics, cardiology, cosmetic surgery, and other medical specialties.
Concord provided Owner’s Representative Services to Healthpeak for the project which finished ahead of schedule and was completed under budget. The MOB is the first 5-story, single panel “tilt-up” building erected in South Carolina.
