Healthpeak Breaks Ground in Kansas City with Partners Research College of Nursing and HCA Healthcare

Healthpeak has broken ground on a new 78,000 square-foot nursing education facility in Kansas City, Missouri with their healthcare partners at Research College of Nursing and HCA Healthcare’s Center for Clinical Advancement. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on September 11, 2024 for the new facility which will provide nursing students with state-of-the-art technology offering them a virtual reality training experience through simulation laboratories.

Concord is providing project management services to Healthpeak, the developer for the project.  Architectural services are being provided by BHDP and Collaborative Studios, and construction management services are being provided by McCown Gordon Construction. The facility is scheduled to be completed in early 2026.
