Shovels are in the ground for the construction of HCP’s new Medical Office Building (“MOB”) located on a 14-acre greenfield site in Brentwood, TN. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on August 8, 2019 to commemorate construction underway for the facility. The 6-story, approximate 130,000 sf MOB will be the first of three planned structures on the site, with another MOB and a parking garage to follow in the future. The MOB currently under construction will house primary care, urgent care, outpatient surgery in addition to other specialty care services. Concord is proud to be providing owner’s representative services to HCP for this project which has an anticipated completion date of 3rd quarter of 2020.
