Congratulations to Broward Health on the successful completion of the concrete structure for the new Broward Health North Medical Office Building (MOB) in Deerfield Beach, Florida!
On November 3, 2026, Broward Health leadership, distinguished guests, and project team members gathered to celebrate this significant construction milestone. The ceremony began with the signing of the final penthouse beam, followed by its ceremonial hoisting and placement, marking an exciting step forward in the project’s progress.
The seven-story, 114,000-square-foot medical office building will feature 75 exam rooms, with the flexibility to expand to 123 exam rooms as future needs arise. The facility will support Broward Health’s cardiovascular care, neuroscience, and orthopedic services, with project completion anticipated in late June 2027.
Concord is proud to continue its longstanding relationship with Broward Health, providing Owner’s Representative services on another impactful project that will help expand access to high-quality healthcare in the community.
