Concord is excited to announce that vertical construction of Healthpeak’s new 5-story, 125,000 sf MOB in McKinney, Texas began last week.   Construction is scheduled for completion in May of 2025. Concord is providing project management services for the development project and is working alongside Devenney Group, architect, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction, construction manager.

A groundbreaking was held September 16, 2024 to mark the start of construction for a new juvenile psychiatric residential treatment center located in Columbia, SC.  The facility is a joint effort between South Carolina Department of Mental Health (SCDMH) and Correct Care South Carolina.  Concord is providing project management services for this project.  The new […]
