Concord extends our congratulations to Valley Health System on the opening of The Valley Hospital located in Paramus, New Jersey. The doors opened to their first patients on April 14, 2024 bringing a long awaited vision to fruition after many years of planning. The new 875,000-sf facility is a replacement hospital offering 370 private patient rooms and includes an attached 1,577 space parking garage. In addition to a 72 private room emergency department, the hospital consists of 25 operating/procedure rooms, an intraoperative MRI suite, 22 NICU beds, and a 14 bed labor/deliver room. The hospital, a LEED Gold certified facility, also includes a 2 megawatt combined heat and power plant.
