Hartford HealthCare (HHC) recently opened two new physician offices to provide Primary and Specialty Care services in Hamden and Norwich, Connecticut.
On March 4th, PACT (Physicians Alliance of Connecticut) /Hartford HealthCare moved into 6,925 sf of newly renovated offices in Hamden. On March 11th, Hartford Healthcare Medical Group moved into 7,000 sf of space previously occupied by a Staples retail store located in Norwich with plans to expand into the remaining 7,000 sf in 2025.
Concord is pleased to have provided project management services for HHC for both of these projects. These are just two of the numerous fit-out/renovation projects for which Concord has been involved.
