Concord provided project management services to Healthpeak Properties for the recent redevelopment of their Woodlake medical office building (MOB) located in West Hills, CA. The project involved revitalization of the 3-story MOB’s public spaces including corridors, public restrooms and stairwells. The exterior skin of the building was also updated with a new façade around the north and south entries into the facility. In addition, renovations to the underground garage included waterproofing of the exterior walls and painting the ceiling and parking spaces. The $10M project started in April of 2022 and was completed in April of 2023.
