A celebratory groundbreaking was held on June 9, 2021 for Healthpeak Properties, Inc.’s new 3-story, 66,600 sf medical office building (“MOB”) located on HCA Healthcare’s Orange Park Medical Center’s campus located in Orange Park, Florida. The event was attended by multiple local and state dignitaries, members of the Board of Trustees, and Medical Center administrators. The MOB will be occupied by a wide range of primary care and specialists to serve the Clay County and surrounding area.
Concord is providing owner’s representative services to Healthpeak Properties, Inc. for the project. Concord is teamed with Auld & White Constructors and Baker Barrios Architects on the project. Construction is underway and is currently scheduled for completion in January of 2022.
