Concord has been re-engaged by Kirby Medical Center in Monticello, Illinois as owner’s representative for tenant improvements to an on-campus Medical Office Building and renovation of their Medical Clinic to open a new Quick Care center.
Concord provided project management for the Kirby Medical Center’s replacement hospital which opened in 2012 and oversaw the expansion and renovation of the hospital and Kirby Medical Clinic in 2018. Concord is proud of the continued relationship with Kirby Medical Center to assist with another exciting project.
