Construction is underway for Healthpeak Properties, LLC’s Centennial Medical Center Oncology Medical Office Building (“MOB”) located on the Centennial Medical Center campus in Nashville, TN. The six-story, 176,000-square-foot facility is targeted for completion in late August of 2021.
Concord is proud to be providing owner’s representative services to Healthpeak for another exciting project. In addition, Concord will be coordinating approximately 50% of the tenant improvement work. Architectural and construction management services are being provided by Earl Swennson Architects and Layton Construction Company, respectively.
