Concord, serving as owner and developer, recently completed construction of a new 30,000 square foot 2-story medical office building (“MOB”) located in Reading, Pennsylvania. The MOB is adjacent to the new Reading Behavioral Hospital on the Tower Behavioral Health campus. The MOB is fully leased to Acadia Healthcare and Tower Health.
Concord teamed with Warfel Construction, Stengel Hill Architecture and CMTA Engineers on this project and successfully delivered the project under budget and on time.
