Valley Health System received site plan approval on June 6, 2019 for The New Valley Hospital, a replacement hospital to be located in Paramus, New Jersey. The new facility is a seven-story, 362-bed full service inpatient hospital. Concord is providing owner’s representative services to Valley Health System for the project.
