Construction is underway for HCP, Inc.’s new 6-story, 130,000 square foot medical office building located in Brentwood, Tennessee. Concord is pleased to be providing owner’s representative services for this new project. Teaming with Batten | Shaw and Hereford Dooley Architects for the project, the anticipated completion date is currently scheduled for August 2020.
