Certificates of Occupancy were recently received for three tenant suites within the Healthpeak Properties, Inc. medical office building located on the campus of HCA Florida Brandon Hospital in Brandon, FL.
The approximately 30,000-square-foot tenant build-out marks a significant milestone as the spaces are now open and serving patients and healthcare professionals. Two second-floor suites are providing specialized cardiac and vascular care services, expanding access to advanced medical treatment within the community. A third-floor suite has been designed to support medical education and training programs, further enhancing the facility’s role in healthcare delivery and professional development.
