A “Topping Out” ceremony to mark a major milestone was held on November 20, 2024 on the Medical City McKinney hospital campus in McKinney, Texas for Healthpeak’s new medical office building (MOB) currently under construction. Mark Deno, CEO of Medical City McKinney, delivered a message to those in attendance focused on how Healthpeak’s new medical office building is a key component of the hospital’s master plan and will provide more access to healthcare in the local community.
The new 5-story, 125,000 sf medical office building is scheduled for completion in May of 2025. Concord is providing project management services for the development project and is working alongside Devenney Group, LLC Architects, and Rogers-O’Brien Construction.
